Private support for Leading Practitioners
Enquire About Private Support
Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you cannot yet see clearly what you should be developing.
At other times, the work is already established and you need concentrated help with one significant strategic question.
I offer two forms of private support for those situations:
- Private Practice Diagnostics and;
- Private Practice Intensives
Leading Practitioner Diagnostic
When you can see several possibilities, but you are not yet sure what they add up to.
You may have substantial experience, ideas and opportunities, but still be unsure where to concentrate your attention to take your practice to its next stage of evolution. Perhaps you are considering a new body of work, organisational or corporate opportunities, a different practice model, training or consultancy, or a more fundamental professional change.
The Diagnostic gives us space to work out the growth opportunities that are emerging and the kind of development you and your practice need to take advantage of those opportunities.
Across three private sessions we explore:
- the expertise and capability that you are currently underusing;
- what is constraining you and your practice;
- the body of unique work or intellectual property that may already be taking shape;
- the opportunities most worth pursuing;
- and the developmental route that makes most sense from here.
You will finish with a concise Leading Practitioner Development Map setting out the key themes, decisions and recommended next steps.
Three private sessions over approximately eight weeks

If it becomes apparent that TPPA would be a great next step for you, £500 of your Diagnostic investment can be transferred to one of the next two scheduled TPPA cohorts.
Leading Practitioner Intensive
When you’re already flying and you need help to solve a significant strategic question.
The Intensive is for established practitioners or practice founder teams with a substantial body of work already in motion.
You might be asking:
- How do I turn this methodology into a coherent model?
- Should I certify other practitioners, license the work or continue delivering it myself?How would I grow or scale each of these options?
- How do we develop a training school without creating another delivery treadmill?
- How should we position this work for an NHS, university, professional body or corporate partnership? How do we create a business case to substantiate the offer?
- How do several successful strands of our practice fit together?
- What needs to change in my leadership role as the work grows beyond me?
Before we meet, I review the relevant material and agree the central question we need to answer.
We then spend two focused half-days working on it together, followed by a review session once you have begun implementing the decisions.
Depending on the brief, you may leave with a mapped model or architecture, clear strategic decisions and a 180-day implementation plan.

ENQUIRE ABOUT THE INTENSIVEWhy Coaching with Me
Decades of experience grounded in the realities of being a psychologist.
I have spent almost 30 years practising as an occupational and coaching psychologist, 23 years in private practice, built a six-figure practice in three countries, and co-led a seven-figure practice running teams of consultants across Europe and the Nordics. I've been working with practitioner psychologists for the last 8 years, so I understand understand the structural, emotional and ethical realities of this work.
A regenerative, psychology-literate approach (not generic business tactics)
One of the most important realisations of my career is how widespread and embedded extractive business models and the online-business “hustle” narrative have become, along with the perspective that burnout and bore-out are somehow down to our 'wrong' thinking.
I know, as an occupational psychologist, that we can design better working lives for ourselves. My work centres your humanity, your professional ethics, and your long-term sustainability.
A method that consistently transforms practices
Since stepping into this space in 2017, I've coached hundreds of practitioner psychologists and therapists of all backgrounds. Many have built thriving multi-offer practices, stepped into leadership roles, stabilised their income, or revitalised their work after burnout, illness, parenthood or disillusionment. My clients consistently say things like:
“I didn’t know my practice could ever feel like this.”
“You helped me see possibilities I couldn’t see for myself.”
"Other psychologists haven't been able to capture my vision, and tried to limit what I could do. Your coaching session was the best thing I did in terms of making sense of what my practice would be"
Warmth, clarity, and deep belief in your potential
I love helping practitioners see the brilliance in themselves that they’ve long forgotten or minimised. My clients tell me I have an amazing way of turning complexity into clarity, doubt into grounded action, and burnout into spaciousness. People tend to leave our sessions feeling energised, inspired and clarified.

“I was able to explore for myself what I really wanted to do and that was really powerful for me. There’s something about investing in ourselves that feels quite difficult at times.".
What about individual coaching?
For new practice development clients, I no longer offer general coaching sessions.
Instead, private work with me begins with a clearly defined piece of work through the Diagnostic or Intensive.
If what you need is longer-term development across your ideas, positioning, offers, visibility, practice model and implementation, I will usually recommend TPPA.
Not sure?
Tell me what you are working on and where you are getting stuck.
We can work out whether the Diagnostic, Intensive, TPPA, or something else altogether is likely to be most useful.
