Under 12 Online Therapy: Techniques for Disengagement during Sessions Workshop

Dr Esther Cole

Since COVID-19, mental health difficulties in children have increased by 35% in the UK, and there is a shortage of child psychologists and therapists. Wait times for therapy are 6-24 months for Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). Devastatingly, it is often the same wait time for children who are high risk.

In-person therapy for a child can be hard to access. Online techniques and solutions for child therapy, as well as indirect consultations with parents and school teachers are effective and have many benefits. Children and families can also work with an online practitioner, as a wait list intervention.

In this workshop we present a number of techniques you can use online; as well as models of therapy delivery drawing on systemic, cognitive-behavioural, behavioural, solution-focused, integrative, narrative approaches and more.

Finding ADHD & Autism Report Writing Overwhelming?

Dr Floriana Reinikis

As a mental health professional, your time is limited—and writing detailed, neurodevelopmental reports can be draining. Maybe you’ve turned to AI tools like Heidi Health for support, only to find:

• No clear templates
• No guidance on how to structure inputs
• Frustrating results: flat tone, disjointed narrative, or missing clinical depth

I’ve been there—so I created a solution.

Over the past 8 months, I’ve written over 70 detailed, neuroaffirming ADHD and Autism reports using Heidi Health. Through this, I’ve developed a set of structured inputs and custom templates that:
• Generate cohesive, high-quality reports aligned with NICE guidelines
• Reflect each client’s lived experience and voice
• Eliminate time spent fixing tone, structure, or correcting AI “hallucinations”

With these tools, your focus stays where it should be: on clinical accuracy.

What’s Available:

🔹 Heidi Health Templates
Custom templates to help you generate high-quality reports with ease
• ADHD and Autism – both Child and Adult versions
• £39 for any single template
• £59 for a bundle of any two

🔹 Heidi Health Webinar Replay
A practical walkthrough showing you how to use the tool effectively
• Learn how to write accurate, neuroaffirming reports quickly
• £50

Let me help you save time, reduce burnout, and still deliver the thorough, person-centred reports your clients deserve.

Ready to get started?
Email me at [email protected] to request the templates and/or the webinar replay.

Dr Rachel Lee

EMDR Therapists - My Autumn programme of EMDR CPD Power Hours will help you deepen your practice in specific areas, so that you can improve your outcomes.
The times have been adjusted to suit both UK and US attendees.

My Power Hours are concise, focused online sessions, specifically designed to fit easily into your clinical day, improve your skills, boost your confidence, and help you get better results with your clients. Each Power Hour focuses on one topic and includes a live demonstration.

All sessions are live and are also recorded. Recordings are now available for 3 months, so that you can re-watch or catch up at your convenience. A CPD certificate will be provided.
There are three new Power Hours in this programme, based on topics that regularly feature in supervision discussions.

Previous power hours have received very positive feedback. Testimonials are included on the booking pages.

Upcoming Power Hours:
1. Working with shame using Jim Knipe’s Loving Eyes Protocol
2. Working with fears and phobias using the Flashforward Protocol (developed by Robin Logie & Ad de Jongh)
3. Target planning for complex cases & using the float-back technique to identify touchstone and feeder memories.
4. Working with internal conflict, dilemmas and parts using the Two-Handed Interweave
5. The Future Template in action – Consolidate progress and prepare clients for future challenges with this valuable yet often overlooked component of the standard protocol.
6. Polyvagal Theory for EMDR Therapists - This Power Hour introduces Polyvagal Theory in clear, simple terms, gives you a model to use with clients and shows you how to use nervous system regulation strategies in your therapy.

Listed Partner Opportunity for ADHD Specialists

Dr Nicola Ferreira

Listed Partner Opportunity for ADHD Specialists

Are you an ADHD-specialist psychologist offering relational therapies or coaching, and looking to welcome more referrals?

I'm offering an opportunity to be listed as a Partner on my website, where clients can contact you directly as an independent practitioner. The arrangement works on a referral fee basis in return for the increased visibility and a steady stream of referrals.

Benefits include:
⭐️ Direct referrals from regular enquiries (including for ADHD coaching, which I don't provide myself)
⭐️ Increased visibility for relational and integrative therapies or coaching
⭐️ Streamlined referral process with minimal admin

I’m typically fully booked with self-funding clients myself, and I’d love to offer clients more options with compassionate professionals experienced with the nuances of working with ADHD adults, children, and/or young people.

🍂 My aim is to develop a small circle of trusted professionals by October.

If this sounds of interest, I’d love to hear from you.

💬 Feel free to message me directly to see if we could be a good match to collaborate. If it looks like we might be, I’ll invite you to a brief coffee chat so we can meet and talk through the next steps together.

P.S. Please note this is not an associate position. It will be made clear to clients that you work as an independent practitioner with your own terms, and that my service may receive a commission at no extra cost to them.

The aim is to connect clients with ADHD specialist professionals who are passionate about supporting them every step of the way.🙏
