Building resources and growing areas of our practice. One of the most important things to do is to consider how it could be possible to serve people in your practice in new ways.

How have people’s needs changed through this disruption and are there new ways in which you can serve those needs?

A word of caution ⚠️, when it comes to Strengthening Through Disruption. If you spend a huge amount of time creating new programs and services, you could be eating into the underlying sustainability of your practice.

I’ve been there, done that! So it’s good to consider whether you can revitalize some of the work you’ve already created.

When you repurpose and reconfigure work you’ve already created, you realize more of the return on that investment of time that originally went into creating the product or the service.

If we think about our practices being a well stocked kitchen 🍅🍞🍊🥫, you would be amazed at the amount of resources you’ve already created and which could be used in different ways.

If you go back through your files to see the materials you’ve already created, it’s incredible how valuable they could be just with a bit of repurposing. How do you plan to use your well stocked kitchen of resources?
